Information for Artists

We do not see artists making unsolicited calls to the gallery. If you wish to let us know about your work you should, in the first instance, write or email Jane Brumfield or James Hibberd. Include a brief statement about your work and few images. Please do not send large image files by email. Either reduce the size of your images or provide a link to a website in the body of your email, or send images on disc.

We programme featured artists a year ahead. Although we include abstract works in our printmaking section, we favour figurative artists in our programmed exhibitions.

The gallery sells work on behalf of the artist and charges an agent's commission. We enter into a set term contract with featured artists or rolling contracts with artists in our printmaking section, or artists whose work we are taking on a longer consignment. Payment is made at the end of each month. We will send you more details of our terms and condions if we are interested in your work.
